Dense passages of pink, blue, red and neutral tones are crossed by graphite lines and gestural marks, creating a compact surface in which colour, drawing and layered material remain in constant tension.
The composition develops through accumulation and interruption rather than a single focal point. Brushwork, linear incisions and shifts in density pull the eye inward while preventing the image from resolving into a fixed reading, giving the work a compressed and unstable spatial quality.
