Born in 1972 in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC, Canada, and currently residing in Granby, QC, Audrey Néron is a visual artist whose work lies at the intersection of abstraction and figuration. With three years of fine arts studies forming the foundation of her artistic development, Néron has a strong educational background in visual arts, complemented by studies in fashion and interior design at Collège LaSalle in Montreal. Her education also includes specialized training in cultural and artistic entrepreneurship and furniture finishing, highlighting her diverse skill set and dedication to her craft. In addition to her art practice, she worked for 12 years as a master artisan specializing in upholstery for Global 6000 private jets, bringing expertise as a seamstress, pattern maker, and upholsterer.
