Questions about acquiring an original work, shipping, or documentation? The information below covers the essentials.

Are the artworks original?

Yes. Works identified as original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces unless otherwise stated on the artwork page.

Is a certificate of authenticity included?

Yes. Original artworks include a certificate of authenticity from Audrey Néron.

How is shipping charged?

Shipping is paid by the buyer. Rates are based on the destination, artwork size and shipping method, with the applicable handling fee added. Complimentary shipping is not included.

What are the handling fees?

Handling is $25 CAD for Canada, $35 CAD for the United States, and $45 CAD for international shipments, in addition to the carrier shipping cost.

What about oversized or crated works?

Large or oversized works may require a separate shipping quote, specialized packaging, a crate, or art freight. Any such shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

Can I request additional photographs or details before purchasing?

Yes. Additional photographs, close-up views, installation images, or other information can be requested through the Contact page.

Can I ask about payment arrangements?

For higher-value works, you may contact the studio before purchase to discuss available payment arrangements.
