Curator’s Note
Ultimus Clamor is the second panel of Audrey Néron’s triptych retable, where abstraction meets emotional extremity. A symphony of crimson, violet, and flesh tones evokes a final cry a moment when bodies and histories collapse into chaos. Figures blur and surge across the surface, tangled in what feels like a cosmic reckoning.

Through layered gestures and fierce contrasts, Néron conjures an atmosphere of intense urgency. As if painted in a trance, the composition vibrates with motion, resistance, and surrender. Ultimus Clamor pulses with unresolved tension, teetering between collapse and transcendence.

Artist’s Words
This piece is a scream I couldn’t hold back. I didn’t know where it would lead me — I only followed the urgency in my hand. The marks, the colors, the bodies they came out without filter, like a final eruption. Ultimus Clamor is the echo of that inner rupture, when everything breaks open and something new tries to rise.
